It even made it onto an episode of "Malcolm in the Middle".<br /><br />It's been 30 years since Sakamoto lost his life so early but recently his daughter made an appearance on an NHK music program to sing an old song of his. Fast forward to Japan 54 years later where I have a second home, I'm amazed every time I hear this song and realize it's impact.
