And as a foodie, I would be quite happy in partaking in some of those croissants and cafe au lait.J-Canuckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09551828383307840403noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2501670448657416824.post-38178498524773516772016-02-26T06:10:47.309-05:002016-02-26T06:10:47.309-05:00Hi J-Canuck.

I don't recall where I read about it, but "Uta Kon" is sort of an official nickname for "Kayo Concert", so I'm not very surprised that the title of the show will eventually become that. Still, I'd rather "Kayo Concert".

Y'know, I had no idea that "Aux Champs-Élysées" was what the katakana said... I kept staring at it but couldn't figure it out. I also didn't tune in to this song when it was being sung on the show as I went to do something else, but I guess that's why there were ladies in french dresses. Hearing it now, I must say it's quite french-y and Daniele Vidal's take made me envision a young girl skipping along Champs-Élysées in a carefree manner. I much prefer Fubuki Koshiji's jazzy cover.

I've been to Champs-Élysées when on family vacation a few years ago. It was quite pretty sight with the Christmas decor and bazaar (before the fancy mall strip). Frankly, I much prefer the bazaar part as that's where all the good food was at! It was also where I got a green Diplodocus (long-necked dinosaur) aromatic plush toy that one can microwave - smells like bread.Noelle Thamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02869350840856391942noreply@blogger.com
