"Tokai" comes from the music that I was really into back then which was the crossover material from bands such as Stuff and The Brecker Brothers. The ensemble that included drummer Chris Parker is absolutely splendid, but Ryuichi Sakamoto's（坂本龍一）keyboard work was also starting to blossom. Taeko Ohnuki's（大貫妙子）clear-as-a-bell vocals and the seamless performance skillfully brought the cool ambiance of the city to the fore.
