Well, apparently Kayo Grace Kyoku has decided to jump the gun and go for Valentine's Day several days early. I do wonder how Valentine's Day is going to be turning out next week in Japan with all of those chocolates, homemade and otherwise, at stake?
I encountered this song by happenstance the other day and it's quite boppy. "Koi no Paradigm" (Love Paradigm) by Ken Nishizaki(西崎健)is a cheerful and skippy City Pop tune that was part of a soundtrack for "Hana no O-en Step"(花のO-ENステップ...The Flowery Supporting Steps) which was released back in September 1984. So far, I have only found evidence of a manga with that title which ran between 1982 and 1984 and no anime, so perhaps the album is one of those image albums with singer and songwriters contributing tunes adorning the characters and settings within the manga.
"Koi no Paradigm" was written and composed by Yoshikazu Miura(三浦義和), someone that I couldn't find any information about. That also goes for the singer Ken Nishizaki. I could only find one song on his JASRAC file and it was indeed for this very song only. Other than that, it's been bupkis about any other data, so if anyone else has insights, let me know.
Happy early V-day to KKP! Ken Nishizaki's "Koi no Paradigm" is so groovy
