All I put into the AI generator was "1990s club girl in Tokyo in anime style" and I got the above. It looks like she was in Shibuya on Friday night, and yep, especially around Hachiko-san, it was that crowded. Probably still is now.
I've had to pull information in from various sources but this seiyuu aidoru quintet known as Fenomeno (Italian for phenomenon) was formed via the first season of some audition project "Draws a Dream". The project is apparently focused on creating next-gen aidoru although apparently for the ladies in Fenomeno, they've considered themselves 2.5-D aidoru. By the way, the members of the group are Itsuki Fujimoto（藤本樹）, Azusa Yamaoka（山岡亜珠紗）, Riho Aoki（青木りほ）, Yuui Kozuki（古月結羽衣）and Archenika（アーチェニカ）.
A song that was released about a month ago, "I'mNotAYesman" (hmm...spacing-allergic) is a nice slice of funky aidoru City Pop (love that bass again) that made me think that they can be taking on the baton that aidoru group Especia placed on the floor for them about a decade ago. And even the music video producers have brought out another romantic CG car ride through Tokyo in the same vein as evening cinema's "Rainy Talk" that I featured last month. SAWA was responsible for lyrics and background vocals while Genta Sawano（宮野弦士）composed and arranged the song.
